The project of the Czech-Egyptian cooperation is focused on doctoral student mobility traineeships as well as staff mobility for training between University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (UCT Prague) and two Egyptian universities – Tanta University in Tanta (TU) and Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology in Alexandria (E-JUST). The mobility is aimed at knowledge and experience sharing by attending PhD courses and lectures held by leading experts and also by conducting of joint experiments in the field of chemistry, materials science and engineering. Results of the project will lead to the enhancement of skills, qualification and internationalization of students and staff of all participating universities. Understanding of a foreign culture and developing insight into local academic and social life is also planned as an integral part of the project.
